• Designers must initiate, participate in and finalize the design and ordering process. Clients who have worked directly with staff on more than one occasion without the designer’s presence or input are not eligible for the Trade Discount. • Designer pricing will not be quoted directly to the client, unless specifically at the request of the designer. • Trade Discount is not transferrable. • Designers registered with HOST acknowledge that all custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. • Trade pricing discount schedule will be given to the Designer after documentation is reviewed and approved by the Trade Account Manager. • Once eligibility is met, discount may be applied to full price merchandise.
