Return Policy

Items in their original condition which are accompanied by a receipt may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the following exceptions:

Custom furniture orders are considered final sales and may not be returned or exchanged. Special orders are considered final after 72 hours and may not be changed or cancelled.

Special orders from our lighting and accessory catalogs are considered final sale and may not be returned or cancelled.

Floor sample items are considered final sale and may not be returned.

Customers are responsible for measurements for custom orders fitting into their space as well as they ability of items to be delivered through doorways or any obstacles. Measurement services are available at a fee.

We make every attempt to have the most current and correct pricing on our items and on our website, we are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
