Return Policy
Items in their original condition which are accompanied by a receipt may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:
- Custom Furniture orders are considered final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Special orders from our Lighting and Accessory catalogs are considered final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Sale, Holiday and discounted items are considered final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Unused balances on Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and will remain as store credit until used.
We make every attempt to have the most current and correct pricing on our items—both in our stores and on our website. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
